DreamHack Dallas Structure
Given the fact that this is not a Major, there are only two stages: the group stage, and the playoffs. As we mentioned above, a total of 16 teams will look for their chance to advance through the group stage, but only 6 teams will make it out of the groups.
Group Stage (May, 28th – May, 30th)

As you can probably imagine, there are 8 teams split into two groups. All of the opening matches are played in a best-of-1 format, while every other match is played in a best-of-3 series.
Top three teams from each group will advance through to the playoffs, while the other teams are eliminated. However, placements are very important since the group stage winners will advance straight to the semi-finals where they will have a day off. Furthermore, second-placed teams will advance through to the quarter-finals as the high seeds, while the third-placed teams will advance to quarter-finals as well, but only as the low seeds.
Playoffs (May, 31st – June, 2nd)
Since 6 teams are advancing through to the playoffs, 2 of them will have a day off since they will wait for their opponents in the semi-finals.
It is also important to state that there are no second chances for anyone on DreamHack Dallas 2019 as this tournament is based on a single-elimination bracket. Lastly, all the matches played in the playoffs including the grand final will be played in a best-of-3 series.

This French CSGO roster looks really solid. If you have not heard about ZywOo, you will definitely find out about him in this tournament. Arguably, ZywOo is the second best CSGO player, right behind s1mple and he is definitely a man on a mission.
Vitality is a huge dark horse in this event, and they have all the necessary tools to defeat stronger teams such as FaZe, Liquid or ENCE. They have compiled a group of experienced players with insane individual skill. On top of all of that, Vitality added ZywOo as the star player and the main AWPer. In conclusion, Vitality is a dangerous team, and it would be for the best to avoid betting against them.
- NRG
The second North American organization that found its way on our list. There is no denying that NRG is filled with individual skill and talent. If you are to look at their two best players, you would find out that they are putting on ridiculous numbers. Both Brehze and Ethan are playing out of their minds in 2019, and they are not planning to stop.
If CeRq is capable of supporting them with his AWP, a lot of teams could find themselves in a whole world of trouble. We believe that NRG is a team that should be able to qualify for DreamHack Dallas 2019 playoffs, and after that, it is anyone’s tournament.
