DreamHack Open Atlanta is an upcoming A-tier DreamHack tournament scheduled to take place in the United States between November 15th – 17th. The tournament brings together eight good teams and provides numerous CSGO betting opportunities for those who want to bet on CS:GO.
DreamHack Open Atlanta Format
DreamHack Open Atlanta takes place in two stages. For the Group Stage, the teams will be divided into two groups of four. Each group will be played in a GSL or double-elimination format. DreamHack Open Atlanta Team Analysis
DreamHack Open Atlanta will almost certainly be won by one of the two teams mentioned above. Here’s a brief analysis of each of them.
CR4ZY
CR4ZY is currently sitting at number 18 in the global rankings and has had a fabulous rise over the last 12 months. They started at around 80th place and have climbed more the 60 positions at the top of the professional scene. Along away, they got multiple notable results. Among them, I would mention the following: 1st place at United Masters League Season 1, 5th – 8th place at WESG 2018, 3rd – 4th place at DreamHack Rio de Janeiro 2019, 2nd place at DreamHack Open Tours 2019, 9th – 11th place at StarLadder Berlin Major 2019 and 1st place at DreamHack Open Rotterdam 2019.
Overall, CR4ZY is a very strong team right now and I fully expect them to play in the Grand Final at DreamHack Open Atlanta.
Heroic
Heroic is another favorite to win the tournament. They’re sitting at number 17 in the global rankings, which is the highest placement of any of the participants at DreamHack Open Atlanta. In recent months, Heroic had only one notable result: 2nd place at DreamHack Open Rotterdam 2019, where they lost against CR4ZY in the Grand Final.
Going into DreamHack Open Atlanta, I expect Heroic to finish 2nd or 3rd again. They definitely have the potential to play in the Grand Final, but it’s hard to believe that they will succeed at that level when they have to face an adversary such as CR4ZY or perhaps Virtus.pro.
