FACEIT Major Playoffs Day 2 – September 21
Quarterfinal 3 – Team Liquid vs HellRaisers
HellRaisers put up one hell of a fight to get here, but this is the end of the road for them. Liquid has put up far too strong of a showing to lose here.
As expected, the odds aren’t great for Liquid, but you’ll get a decent return if you put a large bet on Liquid to win the series.
Quarterfinal 4 – Astralis vs FaZe
We’d suggest a large bet on Astralis here. FaZe have been a little shaky and we don’t think they have what it takes to pull a best of three win against the best team in the world here.
You could choose to make a small bet on FaZe’s map pick if you are willing to risk more.
Consider that it’s not guaranteed that FaZe will win their map pick, but they still have the potential to get at least one map win from their battle against Astralis.
FACEIT Major Playoffs Day 3 – September 22
The matchups here will depend on how the first two days go. However, we’d expect both Astralis and Liquid to face up against each other. In this case, we’d suggest not betting.
Yes, Astralis is the best team in the world, and they may have the odds on their side, but Liquid are very formidable right now.
The other semifinal matchup will be BIG/NaVi vs compLexity/MIBR. If NaVi face either of these teams, it should be NaVi’s game.
Make a medium bet on NaVi in this case.
On the other hand, if BIG face them, it’s a hard match to predict. Don’t make a bet if BIG make it through to face either MIBR or compLexity.
