IEM Katowice Predictions – Who is the Biggest Favorite?

Astralis is by far the biggest favorite in this event. Even though Astralis’ device was not announced as the best CSGO player, this team is still going strong and they cannot be stopped.

At the moment, most CSGO betting sites are offering similar odds on the Danish roster to go all the way and win IEM Katowice. Sites like GG.bet and Betway esports are offering the odds of 3.00 on Astralis to lift the trophy.

From my perspective, this tournament will be a huge test for Astralis. 10 days ago, device and co. lost two matched in the BLAST Premier Spring 2020. Could this be a sign of weakness or was it just a day off in the office for Astralis?

All in all, Natus Vincere and Complexity walked past Astralis leaving them without a fighting chance and we all know that this does not happen a lot to the Danish super team.

To summarize, I think that Astralis should be favored but this does not mean that they are a clear favorite. They have made quite a few mistakes in their last two outings and I definitely would not bet on them at these odds, especially because they will have serious competition here in Poland.

Who Are the Best Underdogs to Bet On?

There are quite a few teams out there that are looking really solid so far in 2020. I want to list a total of 3 best CSGO teams that are worth your money.

First and foremost, mousesports. This German-based CSGO roster is looking better than ever. They were finally able to acquire experience and I can only see them improve throughout 2020.

At the time of writing, odds on mousesports to win IEM Katowice 2020 are set to 7.00. I believe that they have a legit chance of winning this event. Individually, they looked incredible. Led by karrigan, I do not see mousesports lose to teams such as 100 Thieves, G2 or TYLOO.

When it comes to IEM Katowice betting, mousesports seems like an excellent choice for a small bet.

On to the second team I am leaning towards. Vitality is considered as a decent underdog. Currently, they are valued at the odds of 9.00 to win IEM Katowice 2020. Do they have a chance? Definitely!

However, their group is though and if they are able to qualify for the playoffs, they could easily go all the way.

Last but not least, I want to talk about Natus Vincere. Ukrainian CSGO roster is valued at the odds of 11.00 to lift the trophy here in Poland.

Just like NaVi, Vitality will have a tough task of getting out of the group. Matched against FaZe in their opener, French squad will have to play their hearts out and they are well-capable of delivering against top contenders.
